COMPETITION CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

In the “travel competition”, Seehotel Fleesensee is giving away a time-out for 2 people with 2 nights in a double room including breakfast and use of the hotel’s own wellness area on Facebook and Instagram. The sweepstakes starts on June 23, 2023 and ends on June 30, 2023 at 11:59 pm. Only users with a minimum age of 18 years and a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate. There are no costs for participating in the sweepstakes. It is not tied to the purchase of goods and / or the use of services. To participate on Facebook, the participant must mark the Seehotel Fleesensee Facebook page with “Like” and comment on and / or like the competition and / or share it publicly in his profile. To participate on Instagram, the participant must follow the Seehotel Fleesensee Instagram page and like / and or comment on the competition. The winner will be determined by lot.

The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participants is not Facebook or Instagram, but the operator. Questions, suggestions and complaints should therefore be addressed exclusively to the operator.

Winners will be chosen at random and published in the comments section below the competition or in a new post. Winners have two weeks to claim their prize by emailing the organizer. After the expiration of the two weeks from the publication of the winners, the claim to the prize is no longer valid.

The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. The legal process is excluded.

Legal representatives, employees, dealers and partners of the operator as well as all persons involved in the creation and implementation of the promotion and the family members of all previously mentioned persons are excluded from participation in the promotion.

Technical or other problems beyond the control of the operator are not subject to the liability of the operator.

By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Final provisions

These conditions of participation represent the final regulations for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
